Succession Voices

I originally worked for Succession from January 2018 to March 2020, and re-joined the company in April 2024. 

Succession is a great employer to work for, where employees are valued, and made to feel part of the Succession family. Our flexible benefits package is very comprehensive and gives employees the choice of which benefits they wish to be enrolled into. The monthly WOW awards are a great way for employees, who go above and beyond, to be recognised by the business for all their efforts.

The company also offer excellent career progression and the opportunity for employees to grow and challenge themselves.

For me though, it’s all about the people and I can honestly say that I have never worked with such wonderful and talented colleagues before. The Employee Benefit team in Succession is simply the best Employee Benefit team I have had the privilege to work with during my 28 year career in Employee Benefits and was the driving factor for my return to the company last year.
