We are looking for Level 4 Diploma qualified individuals who are looking to progress towards becoming an authorised Wealth Planner. You’ll work closely with experienced Planners, gaining hands-on exposure to client meetings, financial planning and advice delivery, while following a structured development pathway.
This role focuses on developing your technical expertise, client understanding, and professional confidence, with the clear intention of preparing you to take ownership of your own clients. As you build experience, you will contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes and transition towards managing and growing your own client portfolio as a future Wealth Planner.
What you’ll be doing…
- Working closely with Wealth Planners to support the delivery of high-quality advice
- Attending and contributing to client meetings, developing confidence and professional presence
- Supporting meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up to ensure a seamless client experience
- Capturing key insights, actions and learning points to support continuity of advice
- Undertaking research and contributing to financial planning recommendations under supervision
- Developing a strong understanding of client objectives, financial strategies and advice rationale
- Participating in a structured development programme, including mentoring and regular reviews
- Taking ownership of your progression towards authorised Planner and/or CAS responsibilities
- Building knowledge of allocated clients to support relationship continuity and long-term retention
- Progressing towards managing your own client relationships over time
What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent, FCA RQF)
- Previous experience within Financial Services
- A strong understanding of the UK regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships
- A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach to your work
- A genuine commitment to learning and progressing your career in Financial Planning
- Comfortable receiving feedback and using it to develop
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and sound judgement
- Commercial awareness and a strong client-first mindset
