The Opportunity…
We’re seeking a strategic and commercially minded Future Proposition Manager to support the development and delivery of future propositions that drive growth, enhance client experience and differentiate us in the financial advice market.
This role focuses on turning strategy into action—leading workstreams, managing proposition development and ensuring propositions are delivered with operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Translating strategic direction into clear project plans and deliverables
- Leading the development, validation and launch of new propositions
- Managing proposition roadmaps and prioritisation
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making
- Championing a customer-centric approach and improve client journeys
- Working cross-functionally across Advice, Operations, Risk & Compliance, L&D and Finance
- Ensuring propositions meet regulatory and governance requirements
- Tracking KPIs and business case outcomes
You…
- Significant experience in proposition development, product or change management within financial services
- Strong understanding of the financial advice / wealth management market
- Proven track record of delivering innovative, commercially successful propositions
- Strategic, analytical and results-driven
- Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills
