We’re looking for an experienced Wealth Learning Partner to lead learning and capability development across our Wealth and Commercial businesses. This is a senior, influential role where learning quality, regulatory excellence, and commercial performance intersect.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to Commercial leaders, shaping proportionate, insight‑led learning solutions that strengthen advice quality, meet regulatory expectations, and support sustainable business outcomes. Drawing on your first‑hand Wealth planning experience, you’ll bring credibility, judgement, and leadership to a highly regulated, commercially driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading learning and capability across Wealth and Commercial teams, aligning with advice quality, regulation, and commercial priorities
  • Acting as a trusted learning partner to senior leaders, using insight from quality and performance data to shape priorities
  • Line managing and develop a team of trainers, ensuring high‑quality, credible learning delivery
  • Owning the quality and effectiveness of planner onboarding and continuously improve the planner journey
  • Designing future talent pipelines and development programmes for emerging and progressing planners
  • Partnering closely with Commercial, People, and Risk & Compliance teams to deliver proportionate, sustainable learning solutions
  • Ensuring learning aligns with L&D governance and supports change and transformation initiatives

  • Previous experience as a Wealth Planner in a UK‑regulated advice environment
  • Strong knowledge of advice processes, regulation, and T&C frameworks
  • Clear understanding of how learning supports advice quality and commercial performance
  • Experience shaping learning aligned to regulatory change and business priorities
  • Credibility with Wealth professionals and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Strong judgement, prioritisation, and commercial awareness
  • Experience coaching or mentoring planners, with strong facilitation or presentation skills
