Are you passionate about creating client-focused solutions that drive growth and loyalty? We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager to join our Client Proposition Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Proposition, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering compelling, client-centric propositions that set Succession apart in the financial advice market. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our client experience and contribute to our continued success.

The role…

Your role will be to support the management of the Succession propositions by contributing to the development and maintenance of effective, efficient, and compliant processes, guidance, tooling, and propositional oversight.

You’ll play a key part in helping ensure our service offerings meet the needs of our target audiences and align with the company’s strategic goals. Working closely with your team and technical subject matter experts, you’ll help enable our planning community to deliver great client outcomes through our propositions and tools.

On a day to day basis you can expect to be:

  • Leading the development and articulation of the proposition strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals and evolving client needs.
  • Owning the tracking and reporting of KPIs to evaluate proposition performance.
  • Overseeing the full proposition lifecycle, from ideation through launch, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Championing a client-first mindset across proposition development and delivery.
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of Proposition development and product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Project Management). Or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., DipPFS); or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering and developing commercially successful propositions.
  • To be client-centric and passionate about delivering exceptional value to clients.
