Pension

Our pension scheme; Succession Retirement Choices is provided by Aviva.

Employer contributions are 8%, and Employee contributions are a minimum of 3%.

For those contributing via salary sacrifice, an additional 50% share of the NI savings is paid into their pension.

Annual Leave

All colleagues receive 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) upon joining Succession, with an additional day gifted each year up to 36 days.

Succession also operates a 'Christmas shut down' with all offices being closed over the week of Christmas and colleagues being gifted additional paid time off for this.

Flexible Benefits

Critical Illness Cover

Critical Illness cover is available to help support our colleagues and their loved ones financially in the event of a diagnosis covered under the policy, with the cost of premiums deducted via salary sacrifice.

In the event of a claim, colleagues will receive a tax-free lump sum payment in line with their personal cover to help cover the costs of treatment or to help pay their bills, enabling colleagues to focus on recovery.

Private Medical Insurance

Voluntary PMI is available on our flexible benefits platform with Axa PPP. Cover is available on a medical history disregarded basis and the cost is dependent on the level of cover selected and age.

This is a group policy, and those opting for voluntary cover will have their premiums deducted on a monthly basis via net pay.

Colleagues can opt for single cover, couple cover, single parent and family cover.

Health Assessments

Colleagues can purchase a Health Assessment with Bluecrest at a discounted rate, with a number of options and levels of assessment available and the cost conveniently spread over a 12-month period and collected from net pay.

Health Cash Plans

Health Cash Plans with Medicash enable colleagues to claim cash back towards a wide range of healthcare bills including optical, dental, consultant & diagnostic tests and much more.

Save as you earn
